Services offered –
Program Development: Project development can include creative financing for any renewable project. Our Public Administration experience with municipal, commercial and government projects can cater a renewable energy program with custom Energy Service Agreements (ESA) or Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), and a financial pro forma analysis for better decision making.
Project Management: Each project that we facilitate for your renewable system will integrate turnkey services for customized system testing, commissioning, maintenance, and performance validation.
Testing: Baseline testing will include an inspection of the existing equipment to ensure that the system is capable of performing to specification. Any corrective deficiencies will be noted, and a separate scope will be developed to address any maintenance issues.
Commissioning: Commissioning (Cx) and Retro-Cx will include a systematic inspection of PV panels, wiring and cable connections, and a condition assessment for combiner and inverter equipment. A report that outlines corrective and preventative maintenance issues will be outlined and prioritized.
Maintenance: Any corrective work that is identified in our Cx report will be addressed by licensed electricians. This service will be outsourced to local providers to allow future O&M responses to be timely and convenient.
Cleaning: Our cleaning and coating services will be based on an in-situ test at the customer’s facility. This test will provide a basis to determine if cleaning and or coating the panels will provide the best life-cycle benefit. Results of this test will provide Resilient-PV and the facility staff with data to integrate best-practices into a regular O&M plan.
Performance Monitoring: Inverter and/or sub-metering data will be analyzed to provide long term verification that the system(s) are performing as expected. Weather data and related metrics will be integrated into a monthly report to ensure performance optimization, and highlight any O&M issues over the course of our contract.
Training: Customized training can be offered for any of our services. Program development with integrated ESAs or PPAs, O&M strategies, or prescriptive maintenance programs can be developed, as requested.
